They’re all getting in on the batteries. GMs announcement a while back, about producing a better battery fir half the price was a deal changer. As much as I love old cars, much more than old Trucks or old anything. This is the new race to the top. Hasn’t been this much new stuff since the mid eighties, when muscle cars started making a comeback. Hellcat with 740 hp to the ground. Where can you go from there? Nowhere left to go.

An early model Bronco would be bad ###. There's an electrician I used to work with that always went on and on about getting one. He just got one lol.

That's how I got my first 'Cuda lol. And I stopped by this bar and there's a dude I worked with from back in the day, and he was like," I remember when I first met you, you said you were gonna get one of those."

Yup, I liked my old ford's, and even my new Ranger. Bodystyle I like the mid 80s/early 90s chevy (stepside only), but you have to be ready to chase electrical problems and invest in paint/body repairs. These new broncos are ugly as sin, bit the new Maverick (basically what the Ranger was before they started making Rangers the size of F150s) look like they're worth consideration as a basic vehicle. A car to me isn't practical outside of fuel consumption, they are uncomfortable with your are dragging on the ground and you can't use them for basic chores like you can a small truck.

I’ll bet he’s practicing hard to be one of Us. Old Crazy Maniacs terrorizing the General Public everywhere we go. We just sit around and watch Marlin Brando, James Dean, Humphrey Bogart, Jimmy Cagney, Clint Eastwood, John Wayne movies. All the while angry and upset at the way the world is now. Ha ha ha!!! That’s funny, to me anyway. Nothings changed. From the roaring 20’s to the 2020’s each generation doesn’t understand the newer one. And everyone thinks there’s was the best, or Longs for a previous one they idealize that didn’t really exist.

@Pamela1990 you may like "The Wheel of Time" it's a new show on Amazon Prime. My bride read all 10 or 12 the books the shows are based on and she really likes it.

My Ranger and F350 got both brand new, and no way can say anything bad about them. They are seriously built Ford tough.

Y'all have a good 1. I'm not feeling so hot (outside of the fever that seems to be coming on), and think I'm gonna have some soup and crash.

The new PUs have gotten too big. My 84 Dodge Full size looks like an S10 sitting next to one. I’m in the market for a new one. Maybe a 1994 and up.

Ford always has and always will make the best Trucks. I had a 78 300 six with over 300k miles. Junked it, had to, it wouldn’t die.
