I am finally in the process of removing my fairings and installing toolbox and battery box . I am using 579 Peterbilt oem toolbox braket that will be bolted to the same place where bracket for fairing frame used to be . Just wondering how far that shackle can move , will my bracket be on the way ? This is pic from pass side .

Not exactly apples to apples, 94 kw, driver side

Pass side used to have tanks forward so gonna have to get a mirror pair of these made i think.

In your case i think i would prefer to attach bracket to where the cab mount meets bottom brace if thats an option, that shackle will move at least an inch and if you ever have to work on it, youre restricting your space

Every bloody time i work on a vehicle, it seems what i need to work on is well designed for replacement... except for the unneccessary accessories in the way, transmission, engine, frame...
