If I pulled a trailer while the dock door was red. There was a guy in the trailer. I pulled out slow and stop and he was able to get out with no injuries. Is that consider gross safety infraction?

In my LTL days I had a guy come out and tell me to pull out on a red light because it was broke ...when I went to close the doors there was a forkift parked in the trailer ...running !

Tough crowd right? It's ok you screwed up, we all do. Learning from our mistakes is called experience. Making mistakes repeatedly will end badly for your career and possibly others. As an old logger told me yrs ago. Run it cool.... -
