If I pulled a trailer while the dock door was red. There was a guy in the trailer. I pulled out slow and stop and he was able to get out with no injuries. Is that consider gross safety infraction?

    TravR1 and austinmike Thank this.

What do think the guy in your trailer would say?

I have a question: if you saw the light was red, why did you pull away from the dock?

Hopefully he was not in a forklift when you did that. Not very professional to pull out on a red light. In a hurry?

if you did that at my place, i'd be calling your company and lodging a formal compliant against you, and quite possibly ending any relationship with your company.

run reds lights at intersections too, do you..???

This is one of those questions, where you already know that the answer is yes, but for some reason chose to ask anyway.

Tough crowd right? It's ok you screwed up, we all do. Learning from our mistakes is called experience. Making mistakes repeatedly will end badly for your career and possibly others. As an old logger told me yrs ago. Run it cool....
