Not if someone died in it. Even then would you buy a vehicle that’s been rebuilt after the person driving it wrecked it and was killed?
    I sure as **** wouldn’t!

    Boondock Thanks this.

Injury or death regardless of citation. Case in point, a couple days before Thanksgiving a woman ran out onto the freeway in front of my truck and we had a collision. I had to go take a drug test even though the police refused to write up an accident report.

No. I was involved in a minor incident near Victorville, CA back in 2016. I wasn't found at fault, but I still had to go take the drug test.

FMCSA requires drug and alcohol tests after an accident if:
    1) Anyone has to be taken away from the scene for medical attention AND you get a citation, or
    2) Any vehicle has to be towed from the scene AND you get a ticket. And
    3) there is a fatality and this time it doesn't matter if you are cited or not..
Many companies will send you for these tests anyway, and personally, I would want to do one to eliminate any doubt about my sobriety. CYA.

i hope you are feeling better each day.

anyone doing something stupid, or suicidal, has absolutely NO concern for anyone but themselves.

Good question. I don't remember. I don't see Stevens needlessly spending money on a drug test though. They are very "frugal".
