Stay away from Blue Way logistics!

This has got to be the worse of them all! Another euro company in the Chicago land area with a terminal in Iowa no one ever sees just a ghost company for a corrupt organization ruining the industry and wasting driver's time. I was hired on they had me sitting in a hotel for 3 days waiting on a load securement training staff member who never existed for flatbed,then told me it would be another week sitting in a hotel waiting on him to arrive,then had me drive a old broke down company truck back to my hotel then back to the yard again cause now they say they needed it. I did risking everything cause the wheels were about to fall of it and brakes,bearings grinding . After I took the truck back I dropped it off at the yard/ office in Illinois where they asked me too & told them I'm not coming back. Greg the so called manger got mad and said he is calling the police to report the truck stolen when it's sitting right there in their yard. Obviously he is very immature, unprofessional & doing this because I decided not to drive for them trying cause me problems. I ended up calling the police myself on them so there would be a official report and proof the truck is returned like I said I did. This is the most unprofessional company & staff I've ever encountered in my 10 yr career! If you value your life , safety and career don't come here. You have been warned.Stay safe & God bless!

 

First off I'm a professional driver with 10 yrs driving otr ,30 yrs over all experience in the industry. My credentials speak for themselves with good records, history, references etc.. I was recently hired by this company. They have a homebase terminal in the Chicago area where I was hired out of.First off this isn't a real company,it's another euro organization in the Chicago land area (using trucking as a shell company for a much bigger criminal organization which I later found out but did not know immediately). I was hired in the flatbed division and told I was start my load securement training that week. Well that didn't happen instead after I get there they had me sit in a hotel for a week waiting for them to find someone to do load securement training that never really existed. They had me take a company truck to the hotel then had me bring it back to the yard because they said they needed it. I returned the truck like Greg the manager asked me to do . I told him I'm leaving I found another job( A real trucking company not a shell company).Greg got very mad because i no longer wanted to waste my time or let them waste my time sitting in a hotel waiting for someone to arrive that never was coming.He said out of spite that he is calling the police and telling them I did not return the truck and I stole it which is not true and it's right there in their yard/ office.I ended up having to call the police on them myself to make a official report & on record the truck is there so there are no issues in the future or be wrongly accused of something I did not do. Greg & staff at this company is obviously very immature , unprofessional,wasting driver's time & have no respect for anyone. I would not advise anyone to work here if you value your life, safety and career.

I know thought I would give them a try and benefit of the doubt. Big mistake and won't happen again. They don't deserve good drivers!
