Bill aims to protect truckers by making staged crashes a federal crime
I wonder if this proposed law would have an impact on those lovely ambulance-chasing lawyers.

Texas Hammer Jim Adler slaps Alabama attorney with copyright lawsuit
Apparently, it's hammer time as Jim Adler "The Texas Hammer" sues "The Alabama Hammer" Mike Slocum for copyright infringement asking for compensation and an end to those ads put out by Slocum.
Which one of these groveling gavels will prevail? Which mallet will make the scene? Pound for pound, which one of these pummeling pugilists will prevail?

In the latest "Texas Hammer" commercials, Dad's voice is really getting "gravelly". Wonder if the "Big C" is getting to him. That "Twit" of a son of his may be out of a job if "Pops" bites the dust.

A lawyer giving a deer the coup de gras behind the ear proves that reality is stranger than South Park.

I remember being in Vegas around 2002-03 and seeing the “vegas hammer” commercials on tv. Wonder if he’s still around.

The Hammer (the ambulance chasing lawyer from the billboards) should be swinging from a sturdy branch.

No other business would allow you to “ plant “ seeds in the publics mind by saying they can get $$$$ from truckers because we are usually heavily insured and easy targets
Have a friend who was going through a major city with low traffic
Car comes down off ramp and gets in front of him
He changes lanes. They do the same while slowing
Changes again but they follow until he’s slow enough and they slam the brakes
Get out and yell we need $1500!
His insurance paid them to go away
I had a similar ordeal
Had a car hauler. Bottom deck had an F250 hanging off the back flip outs
Some lady comes tearing into a turn around lot I was in and yells I backed into her
I walk to her car and she’s yelling the black marks were from my black trailer
It was grease. She had a broken headlight. Grill. Bumper etc
Cops show up and they’re looking at my trailer and there were no marks. Checked the road and no broken pieces
So I ask her to drive up to my trailer so the cops can see where I hit her
She does and about 3’ before she would have made contact the bumper from the truck would have gone through her windshield
I had a report as proof for my insurance but they gave her like $1500-2000.
Said it was cheaper than potential other issue but wouldn’t go on my record
This is why cameras are being pushed so hardbzinger, Flat Earth Trucker and ProfessionalNoticer Thank this. -
