    Sounds like you should not have issues. Anyone roll up that lead in tight circles to store it? That hard on liners. But I doubt its your problem already.

    I would guess that too. The crazy thing is the last guy never seemed to have any issues with it.

    I'm going to try that today. Unless I find some hardface rod on the shelf instead lol.

    It just helps clean the wire. Doubt it will fix your issue. Maybe run it with lid open and have someone watch.

    Wouldn't be surprised if speed control in welder is going nuts and creating a birds nest.
