    Another staue created that honestly doesn’t do anything more than DAC/MVR does.. except make all employers pay $1.25 per driver every year, with 4million truckers, regulations just sit back collect 5 million dollars a year with -0- benefit to the industry or truckers. Only 12 years or driving and now will be one less safe truck driver on the road (not because of clearinghouse) but because of it all, just take from the drivers, no give… so, adios!

    I know. The 21,000 drivers that failed a test in the first year and are now unable to slink to a new company is so useless....

    Get real. The clearinghouse is one if the most needed pieces we have needed for a long time. That said, I do agee the charge to query it is outrageous.

    To be fair, the Feds couldn't buy 50 rubber stamps saying "Pass" or "Fail" for only $5 million dollars.
