    I'd recommend it. I've got a buddy who's been there for a while now. They've got good freight and miles there. P&S seems to be one of the better flatbed companies out there based on what he tells me.

    Dont they pull doubles with coils , seemed to remember them on Ohio Turnpike , black trucks.

    P&S did buy Mizar Motors which is now H/S Express. They do haul coils and some pull doubles.

    But that's just one division of P&S.

    @BackwoodsGA I might be wrong, didn't you run for them for awhile?

    That's PI&I outta Sharon, PA. Masters of bait and switch hiring tactics.

    P&S is white tractors of varying makes dragging flatbeds and the occassional Conestoga. Plus a whole passel of other carriers running under the P&S umbrella.
    Pretty solid carrier to work with, generally decent dispatch. Very serious about hometime. Pay is percentage, non forced dispatch. Everyone is paid the same rate: 27% of freight rate plus accessorials.

    I don't know what they pay for tarping or accessorials, as I actually drive for a smaller all Conestoga outfit P&S owns. But the P&S drivers rarely have anything other than typical trucker crap to complain about. Mostly Freightliner fleet, trailers are pretty basic package 48'x102" spread axle. Trucks are pretty stripped down base model. Mostly a regional run outfit, home weekends.
