Nothing wrong with that, bro! I myself do appreciate a pretty lady that takes care of herself and knows how to treat a man. Alot of these American girls are lacking in that dept anymore lol.

I love it over there. Christmas decorations will be up now and Christmas carols, in English, playing in the stores and malls.

My personal view is that if you think anyone can live off of what moving companies pay them, you deserve to get crushed by an executive desk going upstairs and be handed a pre-tax check for 12 dollars for your hour of effort and see if your view changes at all.

Nobody cares what you think moving companies should pay movers, they don't, and if they did they'd charge you more to make up for it and then you'd whine about that.

And you were surprised at your turnover rate?

business management, business plan, financial means to start and maintain and cushion for in case, state and potentially federal regulatory compliance, tax people, maintenance contacts....

I would suggest a particular youtuber but that would border on cruelty...

frankly begin by working as an employee. learn tricks of the trade etc on someone elses dime. its easier to get - maintain and change jobs than it is to start a company from scratch and lose your ### in the process.

The thing is company told you a pay rate you agreed because you took the job no one with a gun held it to your head take the job or die. My turn rate was high because people people used to work indoors all there lives and cant handle a outside job its why I refuse hire anyone who hasn't had recent outside work landscaping, bricking many others but honestly I would get people say give them a chance I did within a week later gone all that effort to hire them and leave because they found out heat in Texas gets too hot outside.

It would make me pull phone out check my location and say yes this is texas what state these people think they from Virginia? I stayed in that state a bit visiting relatives was a lovely state but you cannot mistake the weather difference scenery
If you take a job and are told the pay you take the job later on say the pay is low why did you take it in the first place you knew the pay coming in yet no one forced you.

I cannot speak for others but I would paint a very realistic day and tell you at the end of the day you will be covered in dirt everyday hot and cold sometimes same day in winter because I had year long work not just spring and summer months like some do I even offered a ride along now its mandatory they do the work as a tryout they get paid same rate as if hired but no strings attached and end of day ie tryout you dont like it tell me because ill respect them more now then waste my time later a week say they didn't expect this.

lastly my 2cents people want the money but don't want to work for it they want free handouts from the government and then complain about it too

Right, so if I find out my employer is telling people not to tip me, I'm going to walk.

Thats not what i said I said there is no need to, but any tips they can keep your a landscaper not a waitress. On that note I don't go to any establishment who does tipping people should know what to expect from employers guaranteed hours for guaranteed pay instead a random crap shoot for the day what you will be paid. not many landscapers pay upwards of 20$ p/h for highest worker these are site supervisors they did same work the rookies did to get there edging, mowing, hedging, bag leaves main difference they would make sure everything looked spot on before leaving a site and are paid well with insurance most landscapers wouldn't get that.

You make this sound like the consumer should be responsible for your pay thats just wrong its the employers job not the consumers. Again your told your pay before your hired and you take the job why take it unless agree to it you want handouts I see people like that at every corner in my city some arnt even poor its spoiled people who leave with bmw or other nice cars which is crazy to see.

Where do you think the employer gets the money to pay an employee?
