Volvo Ishift Transmission air leak

Probably cylinder housing is leaking thru or your tecu is bad just had this prob 2 weeks ago

 

Drop trans out. Removed cylinder housing and tecu and supplied air pressure to run tests on bench found out tecu was leaking replaced it programmed and all good.

 

Where is truck located

 

I don’t know if your mechanic can do it u need special wiring to be able to remove housing from trans. Either u have to find someone that can work on this or take off trans and send it to reman place like Weller maybe they can fix it u can bring it by me I can fix it don’t know anybody out there that can do this. If it is tecu they r on back order right now from Volvo so r the housings. I usually try to keep stock and should have it but again I’m in chicago no where close to Jersey.
