Hurricane Express stay away

I am a retired trucker with 14 years experience. I learned one rule. Any trucking company that spends big money on advertising is NOT a company a driver wants to work for. I guarantee that they will treat you badly. I saw an ad on YouTube for Hurricane Trucking promoting their high end trucks and qualifications needed to work for them. The whole thing smelled bad. So, I decided to take a closer look. I was right. This is one rotten company. Stay away.

 

Where do these guys even deliver to? I see them on 80 in Ohio and PA from time to time but never at a customer.

Is this one of those companies in business to fleece drivers first and run freight second? Who are their customers?

 

They just opened up a tiny drop yd/hangout spot in my hometown mid summer.
I run local so i see a truck placed on south side of the building tight to I-80 that sits there as the advertisement, yep just like you said it sits there from dusk till dawn all lit up look at me style.

 

Yeah that’s the drop yard by the blue beacon~every time I pass by lot is always full of trailers~make ya wonder what’s going on lol

This company is nothing, but a grift from the ones that get away with it! Hook line and sinker any desperate person falls for it. The ads the website it’s an easy catch. Check out some of the guys on YouTube for this company.

 

Looks like Kaedon must’ve used one of those services that help erase negative social media or negative internet content from the web. There’s a lot of glowing reviews and pro Hurricane YouTube videos.

 

All those lights are like putting lipstick on a pig.......

Yes I have seen a few of them, but them guy’s have no benefits on top of that the take home pay has no deductions after all the money pulled out for the truck. If they take out there own deductions that leaves maybe a few hundred $ take home pay. I have respect for the guys that do that job, but not the ones that rob them of there money.
