I have tire wear/ scuffing on the Inside of the Inner drive tires front axle worst . Any ideas why ? I just purchased this truck and have no knowledge of the history.

Wheel bearing create a river wear or inner wear on inside of drives had it happen replaced and rotated tires and patern didn't return. Bearings could be lose or going bad. If wheel end is opened up and you see it's a 3 nut system that's probably the problem look at bearing might be good but probably are not get the races in the hub changed if any bearing damage is seen and replace the 3 nut system with a pro torque or similar system.

I would also check the spring bushings. Rear axle Bushings usually wear first on my Freightliner. Maybe they rotated the tires before you bought it.
