I have my CDL. Several companies I have checked seem to require team driving for 90 days or more. One company has you do teams with THREE people in the truck.

Any opinions on the best company to start OTR, where after some training, you are on the road solo asap?

Don't be in a hurry to get by your self. But there is some out there. Being new and by your self is very stress full and potentially life threatening. But people do it all the time I guess.
Jb hunt has a couple regional routes that fresh outta school people can do. But you work your but off and are wore out all the time.
I really can't remember that one company that puts people otr while out a trainer. I think cretes sister company. I really can't remember.

Because I don't feel like editing. There are a lot of companies where your only with your trainer for 60 days. Then your all on your own. I would first figure out what type of load you want to haul.

Swift does not require team driving, except during the training period with you mentor.
That should not take more than 6-8 weeks for the training, and the team driving only happens after your mentor is good with you driving alone.
Once you complete your mentorship you are free to go solo or as a team. Your choice.

There are NEVER 3 people in the truck with Swift.

And as Chinatown has inferred, your location would be helpful to guide you in the right direction.

Carolina Logistic is 12 back-to-back west coast turns, then you solo.
Doesn't take long for a team to do that.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WORK FOR CR ENGLAND.
That's the only company I know that puts 3 people in 1 truck. If you have 1 year experience you shouldn't expect to ride with a trainer more than a trip or so, maybe 1 week.
