The oil shortage around here sure is getting real. Same with fuel filters.

Driving 75 miles to get a case of 8 filters. Local KW and Pete have none and don’t know when they’ll get more.

Look at the comments at the bottom. I'm thinking the guy has a good sense of humor. If he's serious I'm dumbfounded.

Well I’ve always heard things tend to slow down in a little in January but that’s definitely not the case this yr. This week from Monday morn pickup to Monday 0700am delivery will be $11225 on 2753 miles with about 24hrs off today and then another 24 hrs off on Sunday. So no 34 but still couple of rest days to rejuvenate.

As long as no issues this week coming up we should hit $40k for the month of January which would be my best month ever. Really need my 2nd truck to get done lol

First round with the new truck is in the books. Left Minneapolis Tuesday afternoon, had one drop in Vegas on Thursday, then three drops and my pick in SoCal on Friday. Unloaded back in Minneapolis today at 1pm with 15 minutes left on my 70. 4309 miles. 6.86mpg on paper with a new truck and I was running 75-80 across UT, WY, and SD. Can’t wait til it’s broken in and I drove it between 65-70 like I want to. The money wasn’t too bad either.

It’s pretty nice. I got the Arctic insulation and this thing is so quiet going down the road.

Glad to see everybody is having a record setting year. Looks like rates are continuing to go up with no end in sight. I hope everybody is weathering covid without too many complications. Here in California EVERYBODY has it. My entire family has it now including my elderly parents. Mom had to be hospitalized, but she's getting better by the day. I've had what amounts to a bad head cold for a week. The worst part is I've lost my sense of smell and taste. I kept hearing that wasn't a common symptom of the omicron, but I managed to have it. It's great when the dog farts, but not being able to taste your food really sucks. My parents were fully vaxxed and boosted and they caught it before the rest of us. What a great "vaccine".
