Grovertown US30 Indiana

    Just curious was the truckstop in Grovertown, Indiana a 76 at one point in time? Seems back in the day that it was probably a "happening" stop. They removed the sit down restaurant a year or so ago, so now it's basically just a place to park, IMO. Showers and the upstairs area definitely have seen better days...

    I seem to remember it being Hi-Lo (Low) back in the mid/late 80s, but am not sure if that was the name of the truck stop itself or if it was branded under Union 76.

    It was a 76 back when it was built in the late 60's, my uncle says, and then later it became independent
    under the name "Hi-De-Ho." But Union 76 was the fuel vendor until the late 90's, when Phillips 66 and
    later Marathon took it over.
