I pull In more then that.
So better question is why would I work for you?
if you can answer that then maybe the problem can be realized and fixed.
many owner ops pull in 12k a week net if not more pulling dry vans.

We are Intermodal...... so not sure how different that is from dry vans....
But I dont think we could meet that kind of pay -

That's 5 days a week. Gross.. Not sure on the miles. They do a lot of Channahon to IA / Joliet to IA or from joliet to the various railyards here in elwood, joliet and chicago....

Dispatch/recruiting that knows what they are talking about would be a great start.
God prefers Diesels, Badmon, Klleetrucking and 3 others Thank this. -
you need this info if you are to talk to owner ops and attract them to your table. Yes you’ll find owners operators that are willing to work for that 6k a week but it’s not going to be quality and your going to regret it in the end.God prefers Diesels, GENXCHI and Badmon Thank this. -
70% is rough. Gonna be super hard finding owner ops at that %. We do 85% total deductions are $145 per week. Our o/o's are averaging $9k a week. Our biggest fall back is we do not provide trailers. If we had 100 trailers, we'd have 100 drivers. Not that I want to get that big but I'm just saying.
Slittlef, God prefers Diesels, Badmon and 2 others Thank this. -

You don't have any idea what you're doing, do you? If a basic fact like what percentage of settlement isn't familiar to you, what else are you missing?God prefers Diesels, Crude Truckin', Rideandrepair and 2 others Thank this.
