Brought like a gallon of this. The home made zoup.

Enough for about 3 meals. Heat up 2 of these containers.

50 percent will go on one side, 50 percent will go on the other side.

You gotta watch out for these fad diets. They can really cause some problems.

That’s just it, If you get a bad case that goes to the lungs, and already have a problem, chances get worse. I had a bad lung infection, about 16 yrs ago, from breathing the dust, sweeping my Trailer. Took a long time to shake. Idiot Intern at the walk in clinic told me I had advanced COPD and 1-5 yrs to live. He scolded me for smoking. I couldn’t quit, decided to take my chances. A few yrs later I got the N1 Flu. That crap was bad. Double Pnumonia, had to argue to get a chest XRay. Couldn’t breath. The Idiot wanted to send me along with a Zpac. Steroids cleared it up. I heard the same story from folks all over the Country. Some younger in their 20s that were hospitalized, with pneumonia. Since then I get the Flu shot every year. Along with the pneumonia shot as needed. I know I’ll die soon enough. No sense in increasing my chances. It’s a weighted decision risk vs advantages. Ultimately everyone has to be proactive for their own health. Can’t always trust Doctors. They’re often wrong. Very often wrong. I’ve seen this a lot lately. Given the fact that most people die from pneumonia or sepsis, due to lower immunity as we age. I’ve also learned not to ignore a local minor infection. Like the time I smashed my finger changing motor mounts. I obviously need stitches. It was bad. I Doctored it myself though. Not a smart thing to do, after a certain age. It’s not about being scared. It’s about using common sense. Different scenarios apply to different people, based on age and overall health.

For some reason, a full on five generation family reunion is going in front of my truck. I am going to see if they have beer and BBQ.

I’ve had worse bugs than this omicron thing. At least this never had me throwing up. That might’ve made me have to miss work.

I’ll never forget the day I had an emergency upchuck in my coffee mug while driving down the middle lane of SB I-97.
