Team Hotshot Questions

Hello All,

My brother-in-law and I are looking at starting a team-hot shot business. We have all funds necessary to get started and maintain until income comes in from it. We Plan on starting out Non-CDL, but will work to get CDL very soon.

Just wanted to ask a few questions...

1. Has anyone done this, any tips, stories, recommendations?
2. How does the sleeping arrangement work? I know we would have to get a birth, and I've been looking at the attachments that go on the bed. Would one of us basically have to be in the birth while the other is driving? I'm not really sure how the timing would overlap. In my head, I figured id drive nights, while he drove days.
