Are These Legit Reviews?

Depends on the company and the driver honestly. You would be amazed the number of companys that abuse their drivers and how relitivly rare a good company with safe equipment, good pay and that treats you like a person rather then a number actully is. You would be suprised how far extending just a little bit of loyalty to a person unused to such goes in many peoples books.

 

I work for Swift as most on here know, and at times I sound like a cheerleader for them. It's just that I've had and am having a good experience with them and they tend to get a bad rap. I do try to point out I'm only referring to my experience and others may not have the same. I get that.
Also, I have priorities that are a bit different than most. Swift has been great so far with those things that are Important to me and that I value.

 

I’m the last one to be in the group the OP categorized. The only good thing about my 9 years at my company is my paycheck is in the bank every Friday morning at 2am, there’s never a mistake, I run the miles I want, where I want, and I get a new truck every 18 months. Outside of that, planning sucks, communication sucks, they have monkeys running the zoo and I’ve had 17 DM’s in nine years. You might ask what keeps me here. The fact that I only have 12 months to retire.

 

Speaking only for myself, I’m a company shill. I get paid handsomely to brag on whatever company retains my services. I have to check my calendar, but I think I have Western Express booked this week.

 

I got ran into the ground at my last job. I really like the company I work for now as they treat me very well. If someone else in the same situation I was reads my post and can better themselves, then it was worth the 2 mins it took me to type the post
