So I'm cruising right along down 75 in Atlanta right before 285 and I look down to red air lights.. pull over check everything I can drain the tanks replace the filter pull the air line from the compressor to the filter housing and it doesn't push my finger away but it's pushing a LIIIITTTTLEEEE but of air enough to blow out a candle.. I unhooked the output line from the compressor head and same thing liiiiittttleeeee bit of air so I'm thinking ill buy the wabco air compressor head repair kit if I can find it because I have no oil coming from the compressor at all.
What do you think? Please serious replies I got towed to a petro in Atlanta and currently sitting here ..

Wabco 1805490 pex
Head kit on wabco website is;
https://www.wabco-customercentre.com/catalog/en_US/9125189222?cclcl=en_US
I'm going to replace the head "if I can get my hands on one" in frame much easier than pulling the fuel pump and power steering pump just to get to the air compressor

Governor could have crapped out and stuck, unloader piston could be stuck.

That's kinda what I was thinking but the fact that I pulled the main air out line on the compressor and it has minimal output makes me feel like it's in the compressor I don't know everything about the system but I'm learning alot today lol
Is the governor electrical or air pressure driven? And is it on the water separator module? -
-
Governor just controls cut out/cut in. When it hits cut out, it sends air pressure to the unloader piston, which opens a valve in the compressor head to keep it from making pressure. At cut in, it vents off the air from the unloader, so the compressor can start building pressure.
Governor looks like this and is usually mounted to the compressor or air dryer.

If there's no air in the system, the governor cannot unload the compressor. If you have 0psi, and it won't build, either the compressor isn't turning, or something inside the compressor is causing the issue (possibly stuck unloader). Ice in a line will either cause the compressor safety relief or dryer safety relief valve to blow, depending on where the blockage is.
If you want to eliminate the governor, you could either unbolt it from the compressor, or if mounted on the dryer or remotely, just pull the small unloader signal hose from the compressor.

Just pulled that there is still water coming out

On the governor, you can pop the plastic cap off, loosen the jam nut then turn the threaded rod the center with a flathead screwdriver left or right to change when it cuts in and out to test it.
