road diagnostic scanner tool

Im looking for a scanner tool for semi to take & use on the road. Cummins isx X15 Detroit 60 DD 13 Volvo D13 Paccard mx13 all in one. One that does more than clear codes force regine

 

Is jpro a down load software to a lap how nuch is the cost

 

Is a lap top require or is it a scanner tool is it down load software is there a monthly fee

I like the options of engines because if i invest in this scan tool i like to be able to help others that cant afford a service truck. Well at least they know what wrong. You can have all the tools and not able to fix of find the problem. I had a driver pull a scanner out at truck stop. no shop. engine derated no power, loaded it runs put what the heck. It took him about 15 min come up with exhaust high pressure sensor we got the part and with a wrench able to change it clear it regine went to work. I like to be able to do the same.
