At this point, I really don't give a flying fornication. Over 8 hours now, and they are finally loading me. Told Lincoln not to expect me to run. I will hit the closest truckstop, and they can reschedule for Monday or Tuesday because if these fools aren't in a hurry to load, I #### sure not in a hurry to deliver

Sheesh. I may have missed it but what are you loading? This is giving me PTSD of any Tyson I’ve ever been to.

I think Crete goes out of the way to figure out ways to screw him I guess to run him off. I’ve read other threads on Crete and Shaffer both and none seem to deal with as much bs as he does.

If I was sent to recover a trailer that was attached to a truck in an accident and I had to inform them that the insulation was exposed and couldn’t be loaded, I would lose my cool too.

And then when the supervisor calls me to tell me to be nicer to my dispatcher when they screw up and waste my time, I’d lose my cool again. I’d say supersnackbar did better then I would of in this situation.

Frozen Conagra of some kind. Didn't even read the b/l other than to make sure the delivery customer, the load number, the seal and the trailer number all match, then I hauled arse.

Most of the Conagra locations I have been to have been fairly decent for load times...this one was the worst.

That’s the point I was making. He goes out of his way to try to do the right thing and they come up with more ways to screw him. He’s gotten pissed at me for comments I’ve made about why he’s still there. 70 cents a mile ain’t worth what he puts up with.

The one thing about that Op's manager's call that pissed me off more than anything was the fact that he claimed that the tow company never sent pictures of the trailer. There isn't a recovery operation still in business that doesn't cover their liability by snapping pics of anything that looks damaged so they don't get blamed for it. Hell, even breakdown makes repair shops take oodles of pictures before fixing anything. That and he referred to my message as a "stupid message"...I guess he and his co-workers are experts in the realm of stupid. But one thing that really got under his skin, when he proclaimed he had been with the company for 20-sum years...I had to interrupt with a very vocal "Oh, I'm sorry for you"

Thankfully I'm home for over a week and don't have to deal with all this confusion.

After getting fixed in Salt Lake on Sunday, I was given a load home, which was on the yard that delivers here on Monday. Place is just 20 miles from my home so will have to temporally come back from hometime to offload this load then head back to finish my hometime.

Well, the weather forecast has changed dramatically in WY. 80 is already closed between Cheyenne and Laramie. The area is now predicted to get between 10 and 15 inches of snow, and is under a winter storm warning until Sunday evening. And the alternate route thru the mountains west from Denver isn't looking good either. There goes my streak of missing major winter weather. I almost made it thru 2 winters without a major storm.
