Just drove through west TX and it looks like things are ramping up. Alot of sand trucks and oil field equipment moving in . Last I seen on some oil field tracker the number of active wells was increasing over the last 3 months . Idk ‍♂️ let's see what happens.

I talked to a "Buster Brown" driver yesterday at our local gas station where diesel was $4.79,(probably $4.99 today) he said in Utah, he got $625 bucks worth of fuel, that I think was for 100 gallons. This is something I never understood. Okay, high gas prices are so people will cut down on usage, which is BS, they'll just not buy something else, but why should trucks have to pay such an increase? It's not like we can limit OUR driving, and think about it,,an increase in a dollar a gallon, translates into BILLIONS of dollars,,,where does that go? Why I've said all along, until there's some kind of control, and that brings in all the "ism" comments, the trucker charges more, the company charges more, the consumer has no choice but to pay more,,or do without, hey, this is Capitalism to it's most proverted means. History has shown, the way to bring cost down, is to simply stop buying that product. Fuel seems to be the only exception. Good luck, you guys, this is going to have serious implications, and not just no noodles on the shelf either,,,
