They used to just sample the top, but some genius thinks that the grain that’s food grade quality is different top then bottom.

Wonder which end of the rice isn’t good, the blue end?

I hear what you're saying, but knowing that the vast majority of humans are slow and lazy. I would have just rocked out the samples in order to expedite my departure.

    That don’t help here.
Last week, before they started this nonsense, I waited 4 hours to weigh out because loaded and empty follow the same line

If loaded have to still wait to unload after scaling in you think they’d work something out……..

They supposed to build a new scale, been in works for a year, not started yet.

I already called in and discussed my displeasure here, said maybe if it went to $2500/load I might be able to deal with ignorance, but for 1750 it wasn’t worth it.

Guy that is staged to unload behind me said they tried to make him sample his load too.
So I’m not alone, and he said he refused.

Guess “Everybody” doesn’t do it for them.

When I lived in North Carolina I had to drive trash and recycling to the dump myself.

In our little city, population 503, garbage pickup is done by the city twice a week. Also on the first and third Mondays, they go around and pick up any piles of branches, leaves etc. Any time you have a big item like a mattress, washing machine or something big, you just call and request a pickup and they will dispose of it for you. Charge for all of this is $0. Comes out of the tiny property tax we pay. Last year mine was $319. With the states $350 property owners exemption my net tax was $0.

Heh, must have come from the veggies department.
That's how they seperate peas, right. The ones that float to the top in a big vat of water are the sweetest, or something like that.
