I believe the Aurora CO Wal-Mart off of 70/Airport still has designated truck parking. Then there's the one in Lamar where it's not designated truck parking, but they park there all the time. And of course the ones here in Clovis and Portales are cool with semis.
Weird thing is it doesn't seem to be a rural vs. urban issue. Some urban Wal-Mart's like Aurora CO set aside official truck parking. While there's probably some in the small town sticks that will shake you down on the spot.Flat Earth Trucker, Lennythedriver and Boondock Thank this. -
I park at Walmart fairly often just to run in and grab some groceries, but I never sleep there.
Heck, there are some Walmarts that have truck parking spaces.Flat Earth Trucker and Last Call Thank this. -

If you buy a folding shopping cart, you won't have to park AT Walmart, just within walking distance .

Walmart has cameras everywhere, I don’t understand why they don’t just review the cameras and see what truck drivers and companies are leaving trash. Imagine if a Walmart security employee contacted these companies with the truck and trailer number date and time of who was dumping trash on their lot and imposed like a $500 fine. I guarantee you truckers dumping trash on Walmart property would stop real quick.
I never understood the need to just dump your trash wherever. It’s trash, tie it up in the bag and throw it in a trashcan when you stop somewhere that has one. It’s not that hard. When a driver throws his trash anywhere else, he’s just doing it to be an ###.RubyEagle, God prefers Diesels and silverspur Thank this.
