Hey guys , got 07 379 got a wire proble, when running my clearance lights my battery level will go down to 12.5 and stay there if I Hood I’m the curtesy light button and keep the lights off amp gushed will go up and battery will go back to 14v . My tail light on my tractor was flickering the other day could that be eating power? Fuse will blow eventually btw. Just want to see if anyone had this before I get into the wiresz

Tail light on Tractor, should be easy to figure out. Hot touching ground somewhere back there. I’ve fixed mine a couple/few times over the years. Starting at the bad light, working your way back. Bad wire or ground will probably be visible. Test light helps.

I checked them all they are all good not it. It seems when I turn my headlight switch that’s when it happens, but after a while it only blows the clearance lights fuse. I’m assuming maybe one of the lights in the trailer?

Unplug the trailer and see what happens. If the truck is ok then the problem is in the trailer. I would think you’re looking for a dead short, a bare wire or some water somewhere. I don’t know how else you would get an LED lamp to draw enough to trip a breaker or burn a fuse.
