Submitted new insurance renewal and the brokers I work with still say they have nothing , been 5 days . Anyone else have issues with this 3rd party insurance service ?

We just had a terrible time with them. It took a week and a lot of emails and phone calls etc.
They made it impossible to contact people who will actually help you.
We were emailing with someone and they just stopped answering emails.
A couple months later they wanted the same exact information that we just gave them.
It took at least a week, once again to fix it. They just took it upon themselves to suspend our RMIS account without warning or a good reason.
They have you over a barrel and they let you know it.
Extremely rude and exceptionally unhelpful staff.
Truckstop.com absorbed them last year and it's been a wreck ever since. -

It was like they enjoyed it too, by the snarky attitudes and dropping the ball multiple times.

These brokers need to go to the source (Safer) instead of relying on third parties. Had a broker tell me I was inactive a couple months ago because they used some inaccurate third party garbage too.

Well been 6 days since submitted new COI and it took `45 minutes of phone time for them to tell me its processing . No time frame no other info .
