My final straw was being stabbed by Donald Ray William's after discovering his stash of pills. He got me good with a sharpened plastic toothbrush. I was like man this ain't worth this crap pay and forced doubles due to losers not coming to work. That and the fact that I got suspended for 4 days for stepping 10 steps out the front door on my lunch break on a forced double...to buy a hot dog from a hot dog stand. I had no food and the policy was to eat with the inmates on forced doubles. I tell you what I have never ever once regretted leaving the hell hole known as the Cuyahoga county sheriff's department in downtown Cleveland. Absolute worst place I have ever had the misfortune of working. Hell on earth craphole full of losers on both sides of the doors.

I did get some great training though and was able to clearly realize that I never wanted to become a criminal...or at least never get caught! Lol. Oh man sometimes the smells just come back to me for no reason. I have so many nasty stories involving fecies...urine....razor blades....murderers....molesters.....I would not recommend that place to my absolute worst enemy.

Yeah one aspect of police work I don’t envy and not sure how you all do it. I tell people the average person, might encounter a “scum of the earth“ type person once a month if that. Law enforcement has to deal with these types all day, every day. And they’re supposed to do it perfectly. And on top of it, these days every single detail of your job is under a microscope and expected to be performed perfectly. If I worked in law enforcement today, I’d welcome a trucking career as an alternative.

Holy crap decided to Google the POS and bam here he is! Doesn't mention his double murder with his bare hands conviction! I guess that might scare away the ladies! Lolol.

Yes retired from that now trucking on down the road last 6 years on and off. It's been easier for me trucking since my wife and pups go with me. Don't want anybody to take me wrong..these folks that are out there doing this dangerous job alone away from their families makes it so much harder than what I have had to deal with. It's the mental part that's been so much easier for me. I have met some great truckers on the road, great people, a few not so much but that's with anything. I hope life is going great for you as well!
