He/she probably only looking at what they pay and it stops there . i’ll be honest with 11 hrs and ot i only make $25.60 at current company and don’t even look at companies advertising $25 a hr but you really need to look at the whole picture of what you’re getting

Very True, they also don't slip seat, have decent trailers and generally do it better. Not sure what happened with the BC terminals, but that turned into a nightmare for a lot of people. The majority of guys I know, started at either Bison, Challenger, TransX or H&R. The only ones who would go back, or regret leaving their first company, are the Challenger guys. If they would have had a Terminal in Calgary, I would have much rather started at Challenger than Bison.

Now that ERB has collapsed, overall, I could see Challenger being the best place to drive for overall (General Freight).

Erb is hiring for drivers all over the map i thought they were a decent company but then read on indeed it’s gone downhill since the old man was out of the picture .one thing i hate about where i’m at is it’s slip seating and some of the foreign drivers are lazy dirty pigs .They don’t sweep the trucks out and you go through like 10 cleaning wipes ,wiping everything down

ERB went down so fast after his death, I don't think it took 3 months, before 1/2 the company, and most of the contractors walked. I don't even think my outfit does Dry/Heated stuff for them anymore, its that bad.

Bison was slip seat also, and the day cabs were horrific. Its becoming very rare to find a company that doesn't slip seat, I only know of Challenger and TEAMs Transport that doesn't (Including Daycabs).

The worst daycabs tho, are by far Walmart. Couple guys left to try that ####hole out, and the pictures/video's they sent over, were like something out of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. One guy even got assigned a truck, that someone had left a 6 pack of coke in, that froze and exploded a year prior, 0 attempt to clean it up, just unreal.

Sweet Olivia, the Challenger digital assistant, just received my job application for a single company driver Canada only (no Vaxx for now) based in Abbotsford.
    That was fast.
