'Million Dollar Listing' star says buyers who feel priced out need to 'buy less expensive houses'

My first house in Alberta I bought in 1991 for $12,000, sold it in 1995 for $12,500
Next $81,000 in 1999 sold for $158,000 in 2006.
Then current house in next province Saskatchewan paid $40,000 in 2006 and I’m listing it this Friday for $195,000
The next house I already bought in December for $25,000 and moving in next month.
Yes they are all older houses and I did a lot of work to the one I’m about to sell. But they were all definitely ‘less expensive houses’.
