    just a shortage of companies who treat them with respect and pay them fairly.

    there’s a REASON that almost every new driver quits in less than six months .

    Yeah I read that to, why should vehicles with an engine older than the year 2000 be exempt? Thought this was about making sure driver fatigue was properly managed?
