What a shame the Mafia is not still around. Them riding four deep in a big old Cadillac with their baseball bats would have brought situations like this to a quick resolution.

 

While I don’t support a baseball bat solution as above, I do support:

A stay in jail for the same duration they were in the houses, plus 90 days.

Full compensation to the owner for past due rent, any and all repairs and trash removal in order to prepare the houses for rent again. Compensation for any legal expenses to the owner, plus compensation for any time the owner devoted to the issue.

That’s for the first time. If the do it again, minimum 5 years.

 

At least they could pick up the yard and not live like pigs.

 

The constitution was shredded years ago. You no longer have any property rights.
You don't have to pay rent because of covid.
Besides the UN says housing is a human right.

 

I am appreciative of your solution and that is the way it should be, but it is not. The two positive parts of my solution is just about zero recidivism and sends out a pretty strong message to others that are thinking about it!

 

When taking a squat goes wrong......
