Looking where to incorporate

A few months away from buying a truck but trying to get all my ducks in a row.
I live in Louisiana and insurance pricing that I've seen here is around 23,000 a year for a startup, Mississippi seems to be around 8,000 a year, can I incorporate in Mississippi and live in Louisiana, is this possible.
Anyone in these areas willing to discuss this further please PM me I need a little advice on where to go from where I am. I have been out of the business for many years and coming back but jeez it seems getting back will be harder than finding loads.....

 

Just from reading a little it "seems" you can get a address as part of the incorporation or LLC package to use, I'm not trying to do anything shady that will come back to bite me later though....

I'm also still trying to figure out which is better for me, Inc or LLC digging in on that subject on the side also.

 

No, I haven't gotten a quote yet, I don't have my license back yet either and if I would have known the law was changing in March of this year I would have taken the test already, all I had to do before was take the written, get my med card and take the 3rd party exam and done. Now it seems I got to go through a frickin driving school..... Anyway, guess I need to get off my tail and get a quote. Just trying to get some prospectives from people who are dealing with it ATM.
