It works. We had a guy on the tribal police that was a total waste of space but it being civil service we couldn't quite find a way to fire him. Somebody came up with the gay porn magazine idea and when the first of them were delivered we made sure he knew they were there. We hung them on the bulletin board with a big note to him advising a change of address and we'd be glad to do it if we could use his home address.
He was going to shoot some people until we reminded him that we'd shoot back.
A couple of weeks later he was gone. He's an animal control officer in Fresno now.

 

I can see 3 weeks for insurance. 3 months could mean that they are giving the trainer the option of running team miles while paying you trainee pay.

When people see you, what do they see? Your age, your gender, your race, single, married, religion, intelligence…etc. Many people have this tendency to be nice (they are hoping that someone likes them) and so they volunteer their info in conversations. Volunteer NOTHING. Trainer will attempt to engage you in small talk. Wear him out by being extremely private.

But be perfect on your driving and trip planning. When your 3 weeks weeks is up, he should be eager to sign off on your training.

 

Gosh! Just seen this and this made my day ♡ That is absolutely beautiful over there Love when storms are coming in....except this one time and mind you I live in Northern Utah and it got really dark out like here in this photo you posted and I walked out on my porch where I was living at the time enjoying the smell of the rain about to hit and the view and next thing I know the winds picked up heavily and I saw an inflatable pool in the sky and then I seen a wooden board and #### starting spinning. I panicked. Went inside to the closet and sounded like a train outside. Yep, of course I had to experience a tornado here in Utah Scared the living hell out of me LMAO I was not amused....caused some pretty bad damage, but nothing like them tornadoes down South and in the Midwest though. Still enough that I was shaking really bad after haha!

Oh and the first time I moved up to Indianapolis and I went walking through this big open field wooded area and the tornado sirens went off....blue skies, nice weather and scared me then too! I was several miles from the house on foot by myself and didn't know they checked the sirens weekly (it was weekly or daily, but ai am pretty sure it was weekly).
