The money disappeared because I walked away after 4 weeks. If someone wants to go to RTI, I'd suggest staying away from dedicated if you want the most miles or go dedicated and pay a truck off asap. No one lied to me, just not the right fit for me on a dedicated double drop account for Target at $1.22+FSC. Everything was true they said, and I really enjoyed the last month working for them, aside from the oddball hours and low pay for the work. I'm heading over to USA Truck with TEL once they get trucks. Should be another month or so. In the mean time, my wife is getting her knee cap shaved next week from a previous injury and I'm off helping with the kids.

Thank you for posting and updating so much about your experiences and trips throughout. I've only been trucking for about 8 months, but I am tired of how little I make being a company driver. My first company was extremely horrible and they used me and never payed anything correctly. They do not even exist anymore, thankfully. However, the company I'm with now, left me surprised by how things turned out. It's a more well known company and they are using me and I'm still not making enough. I felt like I should add...I'm out a month or so and only back 5 days. I make an average of about $4200 a month, after taxes. Anywho, I was pretty nervous about getting into a lease purchase program with any company, because of all the negative comments. However, seeing your and @markealy conversation and trials and tribulations, I feel like I just may be able to do it. Oh and the part about the attorney...I wasn't even thinking about that until you said it...that's a really good idea. So, I really appreciate you taking time to share your lease purchasing experience with us. It really does help. All I ever see is negative comments, but I know for sure people can certainly conquer it as long as they do near what you and @markealy did.
JoeTruck Thanks this. -
Should be:
Gross Revenue= Total revunue generated
To the Truck = Gross income after split
To the house= Net income after all expenses including taxes, and maint. fund.
