Lots on google. I searched “truck spring shop”.
I was on holidays and broke a spring on my camper trailer axle. RV dealer wanted $115, I got one at a spring shop for $39.

    spsauerland and stylez80Nine Thank this.

The axle you described sounds similar to the fleet 2015 prostars I maintained. If the pin is part of the axle and is not loose or worn you can get king pin service kits. The spindles are 2 piece, upper and lower. Drive the old bushings out and the new in. You'll need a adjustable reamer to size the new bushings.
I paid 70 dollars for the reamer at Grainger.

Do you know if I buy it from freightliner if I need to ream the bushing?

If it's genuine Hendrickson, it needs reamed.

If the kingpin is worn out will I need to buy a whole new axle?

The international dealer told my boss the same thing he told you. The kingpins can't be replaced. I don't know how the pins are set in the axle. If it were me and my truck and it had a loose or worn I would replace the axle. It sounds like a money grab but on the other hand I haven't seen a loose or worn pin.

I never worked on the Airtek, but have done countless kingpins in Hendrickson steerable lift axles and I replace the "non-replacable" kingpin every time.
