I'm leaving my current job and just went in to my benefits and upped the 401k contribution to 50 % for my last check (pending it goes through in time) which will be for roughly $5000.00 with all my built up PTO. I did it so I don't get hammered on taxes obviously. I can't start drawing from my retirement for another 10 years minimum. It's too late now to change it but was it a smart move to do that?

Dropped in New Castle yesterday and picked up my next load for Lithia Springs, Ga and the right turn signal marker is out....had breakdown set me up for the Loves in Sadieville,Ky and get here and said a 2.5 hr or longer wait....hopefully I can spend the night on property in Lithia Springs.....hate drop and hooks anymore because of selfish lazy knuckleheads leaving stuff for someone else to fix.....

 

Looks like Im stuck here rest of the day and this Boar's Head is going to be late tomorrow, all because the jack wad that dropped this trailer didn't bother to inspect and fix what was broke.
