Probably a crane on a boat. One barge for the trailer, one for the tractor.

That’s a good question. @ZVar is probably on the right track. Water to the roof. I imagine it’s going to take a couple of cranes. What a bill for insurance. Damage to the guardrail and maybe the bridge. Recovery for a total loss. Total freight loss. Probably get them for polluting the river.
