Forgot to set the air brake and the truck rolled and I had to be pulled out. No damage to anything.

Owned the incident no other violations or accidents. Just violated company policy by parking on side of the road and not setting the brake. I realize it could have been much worst. Not complaining just looking for another chance. Lesson learned
