    well, in my minds eye, no matter who actually started this fiasco, the guy shooting first, in possession of a gun being a felon?

    should be 100% guilty as charged.

    the other guy was defending himself as i saw it on the video.

    wouldn't surprise me the guy in that car initiated the situation, but he did not shoot first, and is not a convicted felon.

    The dump truck driver ran a red light nealy hitting that black car and the car followed him im guessing to get the info off of it and then this happened
