Hmmmmm I give a vote to Gio's BBQ in Woodland, PA I-80 exit 120 I believe. Don't eat there unless you're getting a 10 hr break right after.

I think your Amish boat is the same as my Amish boat.

I also took it from the internet.

    LOL

Kind of funny if they are the same buggy and boat.

Running my NM-TX-CO/KS route, I'll occasionally make an online order to the Great Wall in Dalhart. Pull the tanker into the closed donut shop next door, run in and grab. Then park at any one of my usual spots along the way and have some shrimp chow mein!!

I think it's exit 123 by the Walmart DC. Small parking area.

Texas probably has too many places to list all of them truck accessible. Can't beat Texas.

There's way better food in Rochester than John Hardy. BBQ? None better that I know of, but its still Minnesota BBQ (I moved here from TX via NM).

John's Italian in PA, lakewood I think, exit 20 off 84. Been awhile since I been there, but stopped almost anytime I was through there. Truckstop next door. Usually reliable for parking even late, but last time I was there half the lot was being used for construction equipment.
Thai/Chinese place next to the loves in Christiana Tennessee is pretty good too. Getting a spot can be a pita though.

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe, east of Loves at exit 128, east of that mall, next to Dave and Busters. Truck parking stalls behind Bass Pro Shops will put you closer: When you come to the stop sign that leads into the Loves on the left, turn right instead and it will take you to the Bass Pro truck entrance. Turn left into driveway, keep left, go past docks and you will run into the stalls.
    Bon Appetit.
