Been here many years. Informing anyone wondering about the pay bonuses ..the Only bonus they have left as far as pay bonuses go is a Referral Bonus, that's it....they've done away with the following:
1. Northeast Pay Bonus
2. Safety Bonuses(use to be descent and would pay out quarterly),
3.Productivity Bonus (use to be under 1 million miles .01per all miles driven 1 million plus .03 per mile and paid out on your anniversary each year)
They say we're always reviewing these structure bonuses, problem is it's easy talk and could take them 5 or 10 years.
If this changes I will come back here and change the above, until than it's as above. And yes I've been here for many many many years .
This isn't about the over all of the company this is only about paid out Bonuses.
Have a safe day drivers, and yes you'll see the rebuttal drivers stop here, I'm posting this to bring awareness is all.

With the direction that the economy is going. I wouldn’t be surprised to see companies cut drivers pay towards the end of the year.

Bonuses come and go. I find it amusing at this point. Company I am with changes bonuses so much I just forgot about them. If it shows up on my check then it really is a bonus.
TheLoadOut Thanks this. -
Eliminating the bonus pay is a sign that the company is really trimming costs and may be in financial trouble.
If I worked there I'd be getting my resume updated and be ready to jump. -
Any company like CFI that is reducing wages won't be around too much longer.
I've already done a lot of research on this. There are too many reasons to list why here. -
Have you seen the prices of food, shelter all basic necessities. Everything is up. There is no way drivers will pull freight if wages go down. If CFI does that the company won't be around. -
They can reduce starting pay and favor those drivers with more miles.
By this time next year dry van freight will probably be in bad shape. -
So CFI is going to cut starting pay? Who would work there?
