The lines between my truck and trailer are touching in two spots, the mounting bracket where the lines start and the mounting bracket for the exhaust. It's a rental so I can't move either, so how would i go about setting the lines up so they aren't touching anything?
The lines are connected to 2 springs above but it doesnt help.
Suggestions on how to set up air lines to avoid rubbing?

They Look Fine.
They're Wrapped Up.
Factory Setting.
The Plasti-Rubber Banding Is Appropriate.
The "Rental Shop" Will CHANGE NOTHING!!
YOU Can Alter The Design By ELIMINATING The Plasti-Rubber Banding, But I would not.
Where Exactly Is The PROBLEM other than sad choice of footwear??

The footwear is the only saftey concern.

It's actually made contact with the lines in between the spacing of the rubber. There isn't a hole yet but deep enough to feel and see. Definitely a violation and going to have to replace the two air lines today.

Buy some heater hose and zip ties, and wrap them wherever they can touch as padding.

I was going to suggest the same thing as GPD above. The rental company should have zero problem with you doing that. I use the same method on everything on my truck and trailers. Caught one today, in fact.

Next time you're in the shop, maybe they could switch you over from rubber to coils? You have a lot of hose there that is not really needed.
