Plenty of water? Show me where. Here's a picture of Lake Oroville, where some of my irrigation water comes from. Or used to come from anyway.

Plenty of water left. It's a big country. Why not move to a better place? California sucks and everyone knows it except for the people that stay there for the abuse.

Nope, I'm staying. I'm not being abused either. Quite the opposite. Too many people confuse northern California with the lunatics in the southern part of the state.
Most of the people leaving the state are the kind that won't be happy or successful anywhere. The move from state to state, leaving inflated property values and pissed off natives in their wake.
More than a few wind up moving back to California. We don't welcome them back.
My roots are deep here. I lived and worked in other states and countries but this has always been my home. I'm living in the house I was born in and this piece of ground has been in my family since the 1850s. I've never found anyplace else that I wanted to live.

You guys should have been damming it while it was there. It's a policy problem that everyone must pay for now.
