Does this mean I have to try it all over again the next time I take it? I passed the pre-trip, in-cab, and backing.

    Flat Earth Trucker Thanks this.

Probably will have to do a pre-trip again, then the driving road test.
Be prepared in case the examiner tells you to.

May vary by state, but in Texas you'd only have to do the driving portion again since you already passed pre-trip, in-cab/brake, and backing maneuvers.

    Same in NC

What did you mess up in driving? Are you taking mental note to make sure not to do it again, and why it was a wrong thing to do?

Is this information available on the Texas CDL Manual?

I can confirm that it's correct. Just like the written portion.

No you don’t have to do the pre trip again. Did they write on your permit?

    Bean Jr. Thanks this.
