Hi Truckers. New to the forums, so please let me know if I should post somewhere else. Otherwise, thanks for taking a look.
We do full wraps on anything, and this week we did a Next Gen T680. Do to limited supply, our customer could only get a white truck, but needed it to match the rest of his fleet.
We had a few issues when removing some trim pieces. One part we would like to have removed was the roof clearance markers. It seems they should just pop out, but they are stuck in there good. We stopped prying at the point where we felt we did not want to damage something we did not fully understand first. We are extra careful on brand new equipment.
Any advice on removing these?
Is there any hardware that may be lost inside the bodywork (brackets or nuts). We had an issue losing a bracket on the top part of the side grab handles.
Job came out beautifully btw, but always looking for ways to do it better.
