    The truck has stopped!!!! At the first receiver. But they are closed. So The OM said we will wait here until our appointment in the morning.

    400 miles South of the mega indigenous population center the sun is out and it's warm.

    The OM has authorized tacos AND an ice cream for outstanding performance.

    Tonight I'm having roasted chicken and red potatoes. So when I saw the pic of package of lard, dang I'm cooking Carnitas for Sunday Tacos and just grabbed a pic of Carnitas off the internet. To cook Carnitas it is supper simple salt and black pepper a 6-8 lb porkbutt or pork shoulder cut into 2 inch cubes cook in the lard about 2 hours- I use the recipe from America's Test Kitchen
