Yeah similarly as with my current company I think people prefer to talk with each other on Facebook more than on TTR.

Took me awhile to read just through the first 500 pages or so of this thread. Sad to see that this thread fizzled out, but it seems most forums these days aren't what they used to be. I'm pretty sure that most of the regular posters on here have moved on.

With that being said, if any current Magnum drivers on here ever want to shoot the #### with me, I'm in truck 2059. Ya can't miss my Freightliner in a sea of Magnum Pete's!

cdavis I take it everything is going good with Magnum then and you're still getting plenty of miles?

Yes it is. I haven't been getting insane miles...i don't think I've even broken 10k in a month here in 6 months..but that's mostly my fault and where i live. I stay out for 3-3.5 weeks and stay home for 5 days, but more often than not, I'm usually home a day or two early. So i get a whole week off, but I'm not complaining! I'll trade quality of life to working my ### off. I love driving, but i also need my me time. Magnum isn't like Schneider where you can only be home for 5 days regardless of how long you stay out. I've had a few of 6,000+ mile paychecks, i had a $2900 NET pay check once, so i know the money and miles are there, if i choose to run them.

As for the truck, still running strong at 250k. Had to get the batteries replaced in my truck as i got stuck at the Walmart in Coon Rapids waiting for a jump...as well as a PM, but no major issues. Started getting the next gen 2023 579's in and a couple drivers have already had issues with them. Wonder why Magnum keeps buying that junk. Almost as bad as Intertrashionals by what some drivers say. At least my DD15 isn't a complete dog like the *cough* Paccar motors.

As for myself, I'm moving back to my home state of Kansas at the end of next month. Hopefully Magnum has no major issues getting me home to the middle of nowhere LOL

Where do you live now that it's a little problem getting you home?

Beginning to feel like i drive for a company out of the Twin Cities than North Dakota. I've taken loads into and out of MSP and Minnesota dozens of times. I can count on one hand the number of times I've been up to Fargo since i started last November. The last time i was there was March 15th according to my pile of paperwork i keep. Kinda hard to stop by the office to talk to people or hand in my load paperwork if I'm never through there.
