Need advice on PORTABLE CB radio's

    I need a portable cb,that can be powered by the cig lighter,etc.Preferrably not batteries.Any suggestions?And help.Thanks in advance

    Portables are weeeeeeeek. You may as well get a bull horn and roll down the window. In my opinion get a Cobra 25 and velcro an external speaker to it and get a vice grip antenna mount. You can run this radio with a cigarette lighter power cable. Google Sparkys CB, very reputable.

    The problem is the rubber ducky antennas on Cb are next to useless the radios themselves are fine.

    If you buy one look around for a pull up wip ...
